Lucille Ann Cohen's Obituary
Lucille (Lucy) Ann Cohen, of Oro Valley, AZ passed away peacefully surrounded by her beloved family on Saturday, January 01, 2022. She was 86, born April 06, 1935 in NYC, NY. Lucy was a graduate of Far Rockaway High School and received her BA from Adelphi University. She married Morris A. Cohen on July 03, 1955, and together they had 2 children, Bonnie (Michael) Cohen-Greenberg and Linda (Keith) Woodard. Lucy worked at the Workers Comp Board and at Wausau Insurance Company. She served as a Leader with Girl Scouts and was active in the Parent- Teacher Association at the Hewlett Woodmere School District. Lucy loved salt water fishing and spending time with family, especially her children and grandchildren (Jori (Michael) Dietrich and Eric Cohen-Greenberg). Lucy (predeceased by her loving husband Morris and granddaughter Jori), is survived by her brother Aaron (Roslyn) Finegold, daughters, grandson and her great grandsons Judah and Levi and many cousins, nieces, nephews and an abundance of friends. She was especially attached to her faithful canine companion Shaina Maidel.

A funeral service will be held at Evergreen Mortuary in Tucson on January 04, 2022 at 10 am (MST). Memorial donations may be made in Lucy’s name to your local Hospice, Jewish Religious School, Humane Society, or VA Hospital.
