Madeline G. Morella's Obituary
Madeline G. Morella, 88, of Tucson, died November 1, 2015. She was born in Buffalo, New York and lived in Tucson the past 17 years. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Joseph R. Morella, Sr. Devoted mother of Joseph (Kathleen) Morella, Karen A. (Larry) Smolinski and Donna M. (William) Dougherty. Cherished grandmother of Robyn (Michael) Ostempowski, Carrie (Chris) Dickson, Marc and Brian Smolinski; great grandmother of Cameron, Justin and Catherine. Although Mrs. Morella suffered from advanced dementia she always maintained her sense of humor and was comical and kind to all. Most of all she maintained her love for her daughter Donna. Mrs. Morella was a very dear and loving mother who gave her all to her children and family. She loved to laugh and smile and to her grandchildren she was affectionately known as “Nana”. Throughout her life she touched the hearts of many and will be missed by all. Arrangements entrusted to EVERGREEN MORTUARY, CEMETERY and CREMATORY. Services will be held at a later date, to be announced, by request of the family.
