MARGARET MEDINA BETTINI's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Margaret Medina Bettini
Margaret Medina Bettini, born on March 12, 1936, in Tererro, New Mexico, went to be with our
precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 27, 2026, at the age of 90
Margaret was a beloved wife to Tommy Andrew Bettini for 46 wonderful years; a loving mother to
Thomas (Betty Jo) Bettini, Richard (Clarissa) Bettini, and Yvonne (Steven) Mace; and a cherished
grandmother to Tommy, Crystal, Nicholas, Breanna, Giacobbe, Sarah, Celeste, Faith, and Hope. Her
great-grandchildren are Arianna, Alani, Alinah, Lily, Aaleyah, Zinnia, Olivia, Stella, Liam, and River.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, devotion, and unwavering trust in God that will continue to
live on through everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Above all else, Margaret was a woman of deep and unwavering faith. She trusted God throughout
every season of her life and found strength, comfort, and hope in her relationship with Him. Her
faith was not simply something she believed—it was something she lived. Through both joyful and
difficult moments, she held firmly to the belief that God was always with her, and she never stopped
trusting in His plan.
Margaret’s faith shaped the way she loved her family and the way she cared for those around her. She
taught those who knew her the importance of kindness, compassion, perseverance, and trusting
God even when life was difficult. Her example spoke louder than words, and the values she lived by
will continue through her family for generations to come.
Margaret lovingly cared for her husband, Tommy, throughout his 34-year battle with Parkinson’s
disease. Her devotion to him was a beautiful reflection of the love, strength, and commitment that
defined her life. She loved her family with all her heart and made sure they never forgot the most
important thing of all: that Jesus loves them, too.
Margaret was deeply loved, and she will be greatly missed—not only by her family and friends, but
by everyone who had the blessing of knowing her and experiencing the warmth of her presence. She
had a way of making the people around her feel loved, cared for, and reminded of God’s goodness.
Though her absence leaves an incredible emptiness, her family finds comfort in knowing that she is
now at peace in Heaven, in the presence of God whom she trusted throughout her life. We rejoice
knowing that she has finished her earthly journey and is now home with her Lord and Savior, Jesus
Christ. Her love, her faith, her strength, and the example she gave will never be forgotten.
We love you with all of our hearts, and we will miss you forever.

A celebration of Margaret Bettini’s life will be held on Friday, August 7, at 9:00 a.m. at Zion City
Church – Santa Cruz Campus, 1775 W. Ajo Way. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemeter
