On March 14, 1953 Margaret married the love of her life, Robert Rodela. She worked as a kitchen aid at the Old Morenci Hospital and later the Safford Hospital. She was a very hard working, kind, and loving person. She enjoyed baking, sewing, camping, and loved dancing. Her home was always open to the many friends and extended family. In the summer time, you would find her and Robert listening to music and dancing on the back porch of their cabin in Alpine after a successful day of fishing. She is proceeded in death by her parents Jesus and Josefa Ortiz; siblings, Arturo, Joe, Angela, Mary, Lucy, and Anna. She leaves behind her cherished family, beloved husband of 66 years, Robert; children, Liz, Robert (Donna), Carol (David), David (Jackie), and Debra (Tom); 15 grandchildren, 24 great- grandchildren; and brother Rey.
We were blessed to have had her in our lives. She will forever live in our hearts. It will be the little things that we will remember that will make us smile again.
