Marjorie Jean Spanogle Woods Kurtz Coennen's Obituary
Marjorie was born on October 16, 1930 to Holmes H Spanogle and Gertrude I Travis in Buffalo New York. Marjorie graduated from Smethport High School and then joined the Women’s Army Corp. She is survived by her 4 children Linda (Taz) Buffalo, Gaylene (Bob) Simms, Terri (David) Seifert, and Lisa (Marc) Hann, 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and husbands. Marjorie worked in healthcare and retired from Muhlenberg Medical Center in Bethlehem PA. Marjorie was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and served as the local president of Nazarene Missionary International traveling to China, Russia, and Africa. She loved reading, cooking, gardening, and travel.
