Martin Joseph Kalish's Obituary
KALISH, Martin Joseph, 89, longtime resident of Tucson, died January 8, 2012. Preceded in death by wife, Sandra. Survived by children Scott (Mindy) Kalish, Deanne (Larry) Miller, Robert Kalish and Karen Kalish; and grandchildren Zack Miller, Seth Miller and Lilliana Kalish. Mr. Kalish served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. The battles and campaigns he served in include S. France, Italy and Germany. He also volunteered over 6000 hours at the Pima Air Museum, as well as volunteering at St. Joseph's Hospital and the Tucson Medical Center. Graveside Services Wednesday, January 11, 2012, 11:00 AM in the Temple Emanu-El Section of Evergreen Cemetery (Oracle and Ft Lowell). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
