Michelle Kathleen Deyoe's Obituary
Michelle Kathleen Deyoe passed away on April 14, 2016 at her home. She was born on August 13, 1966 in Yuma Arizona. Michelle is survived by the two daughters she adored, seven-year-old Samantha and four-year-old Shelby; her mother Jessie, brothers Gene (Laurie), Kelly, and Jim, and sisters Cheri and Tanya. Michelle also leaves behind four nephews Josh, Kris, Mat, and Michael and two nieces Lyndsey and Nikki. She also leaves behind several great-nieces and nephews as well as a multitude of aunts and uncles and cousins.
Michelle grew up as a part of the St. Mark’s UMC family since she was two years old. She graduated from Flowing Wells High School and Phi Theta Kappa from the University of Phoenix in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree, while still working full-time, in business, management, marketing, and related support services. She worked for Lovitt & Touché, Inc. as a Commercial Account Manager, Human Services.
Michelle was completely devoted to her children and their well-being. She worked hard but that did not stop her from seeing that her children had varied experiences; trips, camping, museums, zoos, amusement parks, movies, play dates, and time with family.
She donated one of her kidneys for a brother in complete kidney failure. She thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the anniversary each year with her brother with dinner at a very nice restaurant.
Michelle was a movie buff and loved to go to movies with her kids, if age-appropriate, and with friends and family. She enjoyed University of Arizona basketball games and shared season tickets with her brother. She thoroughly enjoyed and often played cards with the family or Up Words or Scrabble as well as Words with Friends game on her phone.
Michelle succumbed to pulmonary embolism after a heart procedure for an irregular heartbeat. She has moved on from this life to the next to be with her Lord. She is greatly missed.
There will be a viewing at Evergreen Mortuary, 3015 North Oracle Rd., on Friday, April 22 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on April 23, 2016 at 10 AM at Rincon Congregational UCC, where she attended, at 122 N Craycoft Rd, Tucson Arizona.
