Nancy Ann Brandt

Nancy Ann Brandt was born December 1, 1952 in Milwaukee, WI to Erwin and Ruth Brandt. She grew up in Shorewood, WI until the fall of 1962, when her family moved to Albion, MI. In 1965, her family moved to Macon, MO. She spent many summers with her extended family at Lake Koronis in Minnesota, particularly enjoying time with her cousin Jane Berry. Nancy graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1975. She moved to St-Louis, MO in 1979 and went to Gateway College of Evangelism. She loved children; she served as Girl Scout leader and taught at New Life Christian School in St Louis for several years. Nancy worked as a laboratory technologist for Smith-Kline laboratories in St. Louis until she retired. Nancy loved to travel, visiting many places including Holland, Israel, Greece, Romania, Germany, France, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Columbia, Honduras, Caribbean Islands, as well as all 50 states and major national parks. She moved to Tucson, AZ in 2011 to live with her best friend, Audrey Eslick. In her last year, Nancy went on 7 cruises, including her last one to Alaska, where she passed away on July 28, 2022.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Alan, and nephew, Stephen. She is survived by 2 brothers, nieces and nephews:

Nancy also leaves behind her best friend of 43 years, Audrey Eslick, adopted family, Derek, Mélynda, Daniel, and Mia, close friends Barbara Brandt and Anne Wilkins, and many other extended family, girl scouts, church family and friends.
Nancy’s hope was in Jesus Christ. She was actively involved in her Church, New Life Pentecostal Church under Rev Robert Allen. She was Missions Director, Treasurer, and was a huge help in Sunday School.
