Nancy Sue Myers' Obituary
Nancy S. Myers born December 17, 1934 in Huntington, IN., only daughter of Madison E. Fawcett and Alma M. (Yarger) Fawcett, passed away in Tucson, AZ, November 21, 2014. Nancy enjoyed many competitive activities such as 40 years of league bowling, tennis and a good card game with friends and family. Other interests included jumping out of a perfectly good airplane (skydiving) and traveling the world. Her world travels took her to countries such as Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Australia, New Zealand and China. While living in Tucson she worked as a house sitter watching over the needs of her client’s homes and pets. She was a homemaker and volunteered at Northwest Medical Center and Heart Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, her youngest daughter (Kristy) and her husband, Albert Roy Myers Jr. of 33 years. She is survived by her children Kathy, James and Jon. She has five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Per Nancy’s request, no memorial service is planned. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made in honor of Nancy S. Myers to Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Foundation, 8401 W. Dodge Road, Suite 120, Omaha, NE 68114. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY& CEMETERY.
