Nicholas Benjamin Kershaw's Obituary
Nicholas Benjamin Kershaw (Nick), of Tucson, Arizona was tragically taken too soon on March 12, 2024.
His absence has left an unfillable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He was a radiant light that you could not dim. He had a beautiful soul and an infectious smile. Nick loved with his whole heart, his warmth and kindness touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. You could always count on Nick for a heartfelt conversation, a helping hand, or a simple smile, he had a profound impact on everyone he met. He loved to tell jokes and could always make anyone laugh. He was profoundly admired and respected by all who crossed paths with him.
Nick used his patience, intellect and attention to detail to become an expert Lego builder. His collection of Star Wars Legos fills his now vacant bedroom. His most recent project was the Ultimate Millennium Falcon, 7,541 pieces. He would laugh and tell us that he had to pace himself; he wanted to savor it and not build it too fast. Nick collected and loved cars. His favorite car was his 1988 Mazda RX7. He loved that rotary engine. Nick was a well-known “sneaker head” he collected Jordan shoes; he had 20 pairs all in pristine condition. He would be so excited when a new shoe would drop, and he and his mom would go from store to store or mall to mall to get the new release for his collection. He would stay up late at night and meticulously clean his shoes.
At such a young age he was very successful. He had an intense work ethic and was at the start of his career in the heavy equipment rental industry. Nick was excited about his career and had an immense desire to learn something new each day. He put his whole heart into his work and was looking forward to his future. He left an unfillable void at his work and is greatly missed.
Nick, our loving son, brother, grandson and uncle leaves behind his family who will forever hold him in our hearts. He is survived by his mother Jackie Conner; father Tim Conner; sister Olivia Conner; brother Andrew and sister-in-law Corrisa Conner; sister Jennifer Doyle; niece Kayah Chris; Grandfather William Kershaw; and is great aunt and uncle Elizabeth and Darrel Westfaul.
Nick leaves us with our cherished memories that will forever live on in the hearts and in those of who loved him. His spirt will continue to shine brightly in all of us
