Norbert F. Muhlrad's Obituary
Norbert F. "Bob" Muhlrad, born in Vienna, Austria on February 13, 1923, and died March 11, 2014 in Tucson. Beloved husband of 65 years to Edith N. Muhlrad of Tucson; devoted father of David H. Muhlrad, Cindi (James) Fabricant, of Tucson, Rachel (David) Wolfe of CT and Paul (Denise) Muhlrad of CO; dear brother of Hertha Haas of PA; and cherished grandfather of Melissa and Carly Wolfe, Katy and Erika Muhlrad; and uncle to many nieces and nephews. A Holocaust Survivor, Mr. Muhlrad escaped to the US. He served in the US Army Military Government during WWII. He was a sales rep for children's clothing. He touched so many lives with his intelligence, his humor, his kindness, his amazing artistic and creative talent, his sweetness and his love of and zest for life! His family, and everyone who knew him loved and adored him. Graveside Services Friday, March 14, 2014, 2:00 PM at EVERGREEN CEMETERY, with Rabbi Stephanie Aaron officiating and military honors by Fort Huachuca Honor Guard.
