To the family of Phil Cashman, I had the pleasure of meeting Phil through ICS. At the time he was volunteering at the reception desk. He had a winning smile, clearly enjoyed his work, and treated all who visited with respect and the utmost dignity. He will be missed. May he rest in peace forevermore.
