I am so sorry to hear of the death of Ralph Campbell. He and Maxine are two of the most beautiful people I have ever known. They retained their spirituality and love for people despite the many problems heaped upon them by the society in which they lived. I was honored to play the bagpipes at their son Brian’s funeral and after that counted them as friends for as long as they lived in Flagstaff. They frequently came into Aradia Bookstore until they moved out of town, and they always brought a ray of sunshine to me and to others there. I send my heartfelt condolences to Maxine and the rest of the family.
