Raymond Carl Markley, age 83, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great and great great grandfather passed away going to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 27, 2018. Survived by children, Timothy R. Markley (Judi), Terry D. Markley, Tammy S. Dougherty (Jeff), Betty L. Markley, Keith W. Markley (Dawn), 20 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, 2 brothers Dick Markley and Jim Markley. Also, many extended family members and friends. Ray was born June 18, 1935 in Lodi, Ohio to his parents that have preceded him in death, Carl Markley, Lucille Markley (Snoddy), Jeanette Osborn (Markley). Ray was the second born of four children. Raymond and Kay were married on December 24, 1957 and started their journey through life together. Ray’s path in life led him in being employed By Rubbermaid and Hughes Aircraft where he retired. He was in the U.S. Army until September 22,1961. There are no words to express the emptiness in our hearts and lives without him, but we celebrate his life and spirit by keeping him alive in our thoughts, hearts and memories. “This is my comfort, my consolation and my breath of fresh air during our loss.
