Ray Widmayer worked at Patio Pools close to 30yrs. He was loved by many employees and customers. His work ethic was great and exceeded expectations by most. His tenacious efforts to get the job done right followed him throughout his tenure with our company. He was kind, gentle and loved to have a conversation. My sincere condolences to all the family. My brother an I met Ray at the recycling bins at Jacob Park. He asked if I had any plastic bottles so from then on I would save them for him and every Sunday we would meet him there or drive by his home and drop them off. He was a wonderful person and we will miss seeing him. May he now rest in God's eternal peace. He is one of God's angels now.
I worked with Ray at Patio Pools for almost 30 years until his retirement. Ray was an inspiration to all the people he worked with. He worked harder than anybody, no matter how hot it was outside, rain or shine or after dark. He could fix anything and truly loved a challenge. He gave his heart for our customers and they sent many letters of praise reflecting his commitment to doing a good job. Ray was always the guy you could reach in an emergency. He loved to solve problems and our customers loved him. He was a great person and he will be truly missed by family, friends and all those who crossed his path.

Popie I remember our Easter celebrations at silver bell lake and you always finding the quiet spot under a shady tree with pole in one hand and Sunkist in the other. Love you so much and miss you already. The greatest grandfather and great grandfather to my children. May the fish always be plentiful now for you.
