Family and friends have always been important to Rob. His busy life began growing up in Baltimore, attending Drexel University in Philadelphia, and spending almost 30 years working for IBM. And then came retirement with its many adventures.
Along the way, he married, had two daughters and acquired a bonus one, then added a son-in-law and two wonderful grandchildren.
Rob was the son of the late Abraham and Mollie (Miller) Goncharsky. He is survived by his wife, Sharon (Sherry), his daughters Amy and Abbe (Chris), his bonus kid Zan, and grandchildren Calista and Theodore.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to American Heart Association, National Kidney Foundation, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association or your favorite charity.
