Roberta Phillip's Obituary
Roberta “Puddin” “Birdie” Phillip, 69, passed away on August 7, 2020. Roberta was born in Lake Providence, Louisiana on January 13, 1951.
Roberta is proceeded in death by her Mother (Clevester) and Father (Cleve), sister (Jaydawson), and son (Jason). She is survived by her brothers, (Sam Reed, Roger (Mary Ellen) Phillip, and Fleet Phillip) and sister (Clevester “Lilly” (David) Crittenden). She is survived by her daughters, Cassey Phillip, Luciana Upchurch (Elmer), and Amanda Phillip (David), nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and friends that she greeted and treated like family.
Roberta was a retired Bus Driver from the Marana Unified School District, where she worked 11 years. She loved driving “her little guys” to the elementary school. She loved being “Nana” to her Grandbaby’s and Great-Grandbaby’s and “Noni” to her nieces and nephews. She loved to make blankets with your favorite team or cartoon character.
Her hugs, laughs, straight talk, and smile will be missed.
