Sandra Harding (Sandy), was called home to be with our Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 23, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She will be laid to rest next to her son, Jon, whom she missed dearly. Their reunion brings comfort to those who love her, knowing she is finally at peace by his side.

The graveside dedication will be held following the funeral at approximately 12:30 p.m., at the Evergreen Mortuary and Cemetery, 3015 N. Oracle Rd. Tucson, Arizona 85705.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Samuel Steiner and Thelma (Lunn) Steiner, beloved husband Charles Harding Sr., brothers Kenneth Steiner, Gary Steiner, sister Faye Beatty, son Jon Williams, Grandsons Christopher Williams, Jesse Horst, and Daughter in law Jeanne Williams.
Sandy was born in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, and was the third of four children. From a young age, her and her youngest brother Gary would entertain the family with their laughter and playful antics. She always had a way of making everyone smile with her quick wit and mischievous nature.
She is survived in death by her devoted children, son Douglas Williams (Lina), daughters Kirsten Williams (Jeffrey), and Stacey Cottle (Andrew). Her grandchildren: Jonathon (Lexi), Grant (Caroline), Cassie, Chase (Emily), Kayla (Cameron), and Anderson (girlfriend Parker); Great-Grandchildren: Elijah, Tenley, Scarlett, Zxander, Ava Lee, Junior, Zayden, and her brand-new babies Lainee Jesse and Emma Jolene. And her longtime companion, Elwin Paul Florance.
She was the matriarch of her family – the one everyone turned to for wisdom, strength, and guidance. She was the glue that held her loved ones together, always offering support, encouragement, and unconditional love. No matter the question or challenge, Sandy had an answer, a solution, or simply the right words to make everything feel okay. To her family, she became known as “The Diva” – a title she carried with grace, humor, and just the right amount of flair. Her family was her heart and she leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, resilience, and service that will continue to inspire her family, friends, and community.
Sandy was also a trailblazer and entrepreneur. Alongside her husband, Chuck, she co-founded C&S Locksmiths, turning it into a trusted and successful business. While they were a team, Sandy was undoubtedly the brains behind the operation – running the business with sharp insight, determination, and a relentless work ethic. In a male-dominated trade, she broke barriers with her expertise and leadership, earning the respect of law enforcement and countless customers who relied on her skill and integrity. Her keen business sense and commitment to excellence made C&S Locksmiths a cornerstone to the community.
Beyond her success, Sandy was a woman of immense kindness and generosity. She never met a stranger and had a gift for making people feel valued and cared for. Whether through her work, friendships, or simple everyday interactions, she touched countless lives, always willing to lend a hand, share a smile, or offer words of encouragement. Her joyful spirit and compassionate heart made the world a better place, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Oro Valley Emergency Room for the compassionate care they provided to Sandy in her final moments. Their kindness and dedication brought comfort to both her and her loved ones.
Flowers are welcome, or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Audubon Society in Sandra Harding’s honor.
