Sidney Waldman
A professor, scholar and seeker of wisdom, with a wonderful sense of humor, Sid taught American Politics at Haverford College PA for 45 years. He loved reading, thinking, discussing, and writing about religion, philosophy, and government. The only child of Benjamin and Lillian Waldman, he passed away March 23, at the age of 76. He was a greatly loved family member, teacher, friend and author. Sid is survived by his wife Kay Reed, daughter Laura, son David (Heather), stepson Shipherd Reed (Julie), stepdaughter Kelly Brady (Robert, deceased); cherished grandchildren Sophia, Erika, Lincoln and Clementine; and beloved cousins. Services will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, March 27, at Evergreen Mortuary, 3015 N. Oracle Rd., Tucson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ecumenical Project for International Cooperation, PO Box 433, Allenspark, CO 80510
