Stephen Hughes Miller, 77, passed away November 3, 2024.
Steve Miller, a 3rd generation Tucsonan, passed away on November 3rd, at the age of 77. Born April 19th, 1947, Steve’s life was marked by his deep roots in the community, a vibrant career, and a warm, engaging personality. Steve spent his career in the construction industry, where he proudly ran his own company as a licensed general contractor for over 20 years. Known for his love of storytelling and a good joke, Steve’s presence was a source of joy and laughter. An avid outdoorsman, he treasured hunting and fishing, creating countless memories with family and friends. He leaves behind his loving wife, Lynne; son, Sam (Kate Vesely and children Tucker and Luke); sister, Katie Khan; extended family; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Rosalie Miller. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
