Thomas McKenzie Edgar's Obituary
Thomas McKenzie Edgar, "Tim" was called home by his Heavenly Father on February 26, 2013 after a brief illness. Thomas was born on May 8, 1951 in Wyandotte, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Army being stationed at Ft. Meyers, VA, Old Guard Company. He worked as a union carpenter for over 40 years in Tucson and Phoenix. He was a devoted husband, brother and uncle. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Hugh and Evelyn Edgar, brother Patrick and grandparents Thomas and Mary Edgar, William and Clarice McKinzie. Survived by wife of 26 years, Joni Jo; brothers Robert (Donna) of Silver City, NM, Jonathon (Dorothy); sisters Sally Love and Kathleen Edgar; brother-in-law Jack Wester, all of Tucson; sister-in-law Jennifer (Sal) Martinez of Morenci, AZ; 8 nephews; 5 nieces; 2 great nephews and 2 great nieces as well as many other family members. Visitation Friday, March 1, 2013, 11:00 AM until 1 PM at EVERGREEN MORTUARY, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile. Graveside Service Friday, 1:00 PM at Evergreen Cemetery.
