Thomas Karl Wacker's Obituary
On October 16, 2022, Thomas Karl Wacker, a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away. Tom was sixty-seven. Tom was born August 19th, 1955 in Phoenix, Arizona to Harold and Gerrie Wacker. Tom is preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Sandy Taylor, and his brother, Dennis Wacker. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn, his daughters, Andrea (Chris) and Tracy (Michael), granddaughter, Joena, and his sister, Peggy Brown. He will be remembered as loving, kind, and generous.
Tom loved the Lord with all his heart. He was actively involved in his church – serving on the local and district boards.
Tom was married to his wife, Carolyn, for 44 years.
Tom attended Northern Arizona University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and went on to work in the Auto Parts industry for close to 40 years. He was the General Manager of Merle’s Automotive Supply in Tucson, Arizona for 20 years when he retired in 2019.
Tom enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping, and his dog, Mindy.
A service celebrating his life will take place on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at 10am at Foothills Community Church at 3301 W. Overton Rd.
