William Bernard Carroll's Obituary
William B. Carroll, 88, resident of Tucson, passed away October 20, 2014. He was born in Detroit, MI, son of the late Leo and Wilhelmina Carroll. William served with the Merchant Marine during World War II and later with the US Army. He married his childhood sweetheart, Juanita on September 21, 1946 at Fort Knox, KY. They moved to Arizona in 1961 where he managed, led and founded several successful businesses. William was preceded in death by his everlasting love, Juanita in 1993. He is survived by his children: Colleen (Joseph) Fernandes, William B. (Barbara) Carroll, Jr., Amy (Philip) Cutchshaw and Robert (Natalie) Carroll. William loved and was proud of his 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Services will be held 3 PM Friday, October 24, 2014 at EVERGREEN MORTUARY, N Oracle & W. Miracle Mile. Interment will follow in EVERGREEN CEMETERY. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate that memorial contributions be made to ALOHA, 4001 E. Ft. Lowell Rd., Tucson, AZ 85712.
