I had the pleasure of working with Bill at JCPenney for several years. He was a wonderful story teller and always enjoyable to be with. I used to kid him that he was the "master of all he surveyed." I will miss his wisdom and I'm very sorry for your loss
A bon vivant who celebrated life. His sense of humor was coupled with an infectious laugh. Bill was a wonderful man and I will always remember his smile and soft kindness. He was a joy to know and will be missed by his all who knew him. I am so deeply sorry for his loss to all who knew and cared about Bill.
