Yesenia Victoria Villegas' Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Yesenia Victoria Villegas announce that she gained her angel wings on September 22, 2023 passing away in her home following her long battle with cancer. Born on April 4, 2013, in Tucson, Arizona, Yesenia was a happy, loving, and caring little girl who always thought of everyone else before herself. She was known to always go out of her way to buy, with her own money, Christmas presents for everyone each year. She was an exceptionally bright, gifted student, and delighted in her academic learning. She was a beloved angel who touched the lives of many in her all too brief time on Earth. She loved to spend every moment with her family, going fishing and camping. She adored the cartoon Big City Greens, her boots, country music, and collecting Squishmallows. Yesenia is survived by her mother Danielle, father Andres, brother Emilio, grandparents Delia and Pedro Villegas, grandmother Vera Bencomo, and grandfather Tim Silva. She was a fighter, a true champion we all looked up to. All throughout her devastating battle with cancer she managed to keep a smile on her face. Yesenia’s memory will continue to live on forever in her family and friends’ hearts.
