Zellman Steinberg's Obituary
Zellman Steinberg 100 passed away on June 16th, 2017. Zellman was Husband to Zoralee for 70 years, he was beloved Father to Judith and Michael, Beloved Grandfather to Laura and Sara and Great Grandfather to Nathan. Zellman owned Federal Planning Mill & Architectural Manufacturing Plant in Denver Colorado and retired to Tucson in the late 70’s and continued to design plans for several local builders. Zellman was active in the community and was a philanthropist for many humanitarian causes. Zellman held a degree in engineering and was an Officer in the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers from 1943 to 1946, building bridges and structures. Zellman was an honest, intelligent and fair man that used much of his time and resources helping those willing to help themselves. He was an enthusiast of healthy diet and daily exercise and reading. Zellman was preceded in passing by his spouse Zoralee, his Father William and Brother. Zellman was and accomplished Artist and Architect, he promoted other Artist as often as possible. A Memorial will be held Monday June 26th at 8:30 A.M. at Evergreen Cemetery with Rabbit Sandra Wortzel officiating. Zellman Steinberg is at Peace and will not be forgotten.
