Zona L. Moore's Obituary
Mrs. Zona L. Moore, born on July 15, 1916, entered into eternal rest on September 19, 2012. A lifelong Arizonan, she was a beautician by trade early on and later became a retail sales associate for the J.C. Penny company until her retirement. Preceding her to heaven was her husband Leslie F. Moore, daughter, Sharon Scribellito and sister, Thelma Armstrong. She is survived by her daughter Linda (Mike) McGinley, Son-in-Law Angelo Scribellito, Six grandchildren, eleven Great-Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, lifelong friends and her faithful companion "Sparky". She made an impact on those who knew her through her compassion and love shown to all she came into contact with. She will be surely missed and remembered forever as Mom, Mudder, Gramma Ona, Grandmother and Mrs. Moore. Many in the family know the initial "L" in her name stands for LOVE. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Pastor Jeff Taylor, Judy, Barb, Lisa, and the entire TMC Home Hospice Staff for the care extended to Mrs. Moore. Special thanks to David and Sylvia of Casa de Dios for their wonderful care this past month. A Chapel service will be held 1:30 PM Monday, September 24, at EVERGREEN MORTUARY CHAPEL, Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the service, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile.
