Beverly was one of my favorite people and always my favorite cousin. She was an inspiration to me and the one who taught me to love reading. I also share with her some of the most wonderful memories of my growing up years - especially our teenage years. I will miss her always but know she is now singing with the Angels in Heaven. Beverly Grace was my favorite aunt.
True to her name, she was a gracious presence in my life and the lives of my younger siblings. She was my mother’s youngest sister, and only 16 when I was born. She spent many hours with our young family , caring for and playing with us, and we adored her.
She was always kind and generous with us. When she sang her voice bespoke the genuine nature of her heart.
Thank you, Beverly Grace, for being such a quietly powerful role model in my life and the lives of so many others.
I have been very good friends with Bev since I was a teenager. I am very grateful that we communicated by phone and text while she was in the hospital and rehab. When I went to Tucson I always stayed with her, and we always picked up where we left off. We used to drive around in her little blue car and dream our dreams. She and Neil were a perfect match, he was such a good guy. I will miss her sorely! I am sure she will be missed by her much loved family.
I remember my Aunt Beverly and Uncle Neil. I attended their wedding in 1955. I was only 11 years old. I remember them beaming on their wedding day, even as a kid I could see how happy they were. I remember my Uncle Neil and Aunt taking the time to see my display of model airplanes. I had a passion for building these as a kid, and later became a Captain on American Airlines. I remember they always encouraged me.
Aunt Beverly always was kind, and we corresponded by email with events going on in the world. She is with Heavenly Father and her loving husband and family now.
Fond memories
The years we shared at Emmanuel Lutheran, Laurel Hall School, and all those wonderful camping trips. Priceless memories. Do you suppose that Bev and Neil and Ned are scouting another camp site for us all? Til we meet again dear friend. Ann
I enjoyed many years of teaching with Bev as a colleague and later as my principal. She was loved and will be missed.

I had the extreme pleasure of singing in a few barbershop quartets with Bev almost 50 years ago. She was a fabulous tenor and one of the nicest people I ever sang with. We have kept in touch through Facebook and Christmas cards. My husband and I visited Bev and Neil in Tucson many years ago and they were wonderful hosts. She lived a great life and she will be missed. All my love to her children and grandchildren whom she loved dearly and was very proud of.
