Beverly Grace Weiher's Obituary
Beverly Grace Howitt Weiher was born in Greece, New York, in 1931, to Glen & Effie "Wilma" Howitt. She lived in Rochester until age 12, when her family moved to Los Angeles, California.
Beverly received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Lutheran University and a Master of Arts degree from California Lutheran University.
Beverly taught in Lutheran schools for 20 years, was a principal for 5 years, then Lutheran Schools Coordinator for the Western region of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, and as a Visiting Instructor in Education for California Lutheran University.
She met and married Neil Weiher in 1955 and they were married almost 53 years when he passed away in 2008. They had 3 children: Mark, Tucson, AZ; Ken (Andrea), Burbank, CA; and Janis (Frank) Fox, High Point, NC. They were blessed with 8 grandchildren.
When Beverly and Neil retired, they moved to Saddlebrooke, AZ. Bev lived at Country Club of La Cholla after selling their Saddlebrooke home.
