Dr. Dena, I was so sorry to hear of David's death. You met everything to him; he loved you so much. Words cannot fully express the pain that is felt over his death. His love will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him. During the difficult days ahead, may your loving memories and the support of family and friends comfort you. What a tremendous and sudden loss to you and the whole community of family and friends of David. My heart felt sympathy and condolences. I did not have the honor to meet David in person, but know of him over the years and what an important life companion he is to you Dena, and must be to you his sisters. When life gets ripped away so unexpectedly, life itself gets infused with extra meaning - sometimes unbearable so. May David's indomitable spirit keep you and guide you in these days to came and may he always be remebered.
