David Marc Gerson's Obituary
David Marc Gerson 62, passed away December 18th at his home. He is survived by Dr. Dena Baumgartner; sisters, Judy Brooks and Lori Gerson; nephews Kevin (Kim), Randy (Nicolle) and Ricky (Brandi) Brooks, Mobile AL, great nieces and a great nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Diana Gerson. A graduate of U of A Law School and a masters in tax law from the University of San Diego, David practiced law in Tucson for the past 30 years. His quick wit and sharp mind will be missed by friends and family. Special appreciation to Tom and Nancy Mancuso; and his many friends for their friendship, love and support. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2011, 3:00 pm at Evergreen Mortuary, N Oracle Rd & Miracle Mile. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice in his memory.
