Aunt Duffy was such a remarkable lady. Her kindness, warmth and happy nature touched many hearts. I will always remember her laugh and smile, how lovely she always smelled, her beauty, how her hugs felt, her amazing homemade enchiladas, and her endless love for Pete, Kel and her family. Aunt Duffy was one of a kind. As a young girl I always felt accepted and loved by her. This meant more to me than she maybe knew. I have fond memories of family dinners at the home she and Uncle Pete lived in when we were kids. And the excitement Erin, Gradi and I had rolling down their steep driveway in our rollerblades. Brian and I are grateful that we, Mason, dad and Kathy have the memory of celebrating Easter with Aunt Duff and Uncle Pete at their current home. And, our most recent memory of time together when we realized we could walk to their home from El Conquistador, and so we did. Thank you for being so kind and adoring to my son as well. You were a beautiful soul Aunt Duffy and will be missed by us all. Remember the rings you gifted to each of us girls one Christmas long ago? Today I will wear it to remember and hold you close. We love you.
