Doug and I were friends and co-workers in the late 1960's. We worked at the Evening Outlook newspaper. Doug shared his passion for off-road motorcycle riding and music. One of my favorite memories is Doug introducing me to his home homemade green chili stew. Doug was a groomsman in my wedding, but graduate school took us in different directions. I regret not being better at keeping in touch. Thanks for letting me share.
