Ruth and family, we are greatly saddened by the passing of Jeff. A colleague and friend for many years both inside NSA and on a personal level. I will miss his NCAA calls especially around selection Sunday. We are sending a loving hug from the heartland and may the peace that passes all understanding be with you at this time.
