I don’t think I can ever find the words to describe such an amazing and beautiful person Nana. She was so much to so many. She was a secret keeper, my biggest supporter, a master Raggedy Ann and Andy maker, a nightmare chaser, God loving woman who was always ready to offer a prayer. The emptiness she is leaving behind is vast and deep, but I know she is basking in the light in the Kingdom of God where she was welcomed by her loving parents who she missed dearly. My heart and soul ache for your presence Nana and God has been quiet since your passing. I hope you can feel how much we miss and love you down here on Earth. I love you so much and miss you even more.
Lynne and I became good friends back in the 70's when we both lived in Lolo, MT. We shared many wonderful memories in our farm/ranch endeavors. We have kept in contact through the years, but only got to see each other once when I went to Arizona to see her. I only wish I could have gotten to see her again..she will be missed dearly as she was such a wonderful, funny, cheerful person who seemed to love everyone.
One of my favorite memories of Aunt Lynne was when my husband and I planned trip to see the Grand Canyon. While we were making those plans, she was so excited we were coming to Arizona and wanted to make plans for a visit. We had such a wonderful time with her and she was such a kind person welcoming my new husband to the family. It was such a joy to be with her and that visit is a wonderful memory. I will never forget her love and support while my Dad, her brother, was sick and passed away. We felt her love even though she was so many miles away. And during this past year since Dad passed, she checked in with us to make sure we were ok so many times. I miss the phone calls and text messages already! I am sure she is with Dad now and both of them are watching over all of us! I love you very much Aunt Lynne and will never forget you!
Aunt Lynne was always connected to our hearts. Her kindness and caring communication to her loved ones miles and miles away, brushed the distance aside and provided heartfelt love we all cherish. Every Christmas like clockwork a beautiful handwritten letter or card arrived in our mailbox, filled with the joy of her family’s news throughout the year and recognition of our experiences. Many times when I went visit my Dad he would be busy chatting with his “baby sister” on the phone, laughing and enjoying sweet conversation. I am so grateful for the support she has shown to our family, especially this past year. She offered so much kindness and comfort when we needed it most. My heart is with those who love Aunt Lynne. I wish you the same comfort and peace in these difficult days.
