Lynne Marree Oehlerich's Obituary
Lynne Marree Oehlerich, 80, of Rudolph, Ohio, passed away February 4, 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona.
She was born December 10, 1943 in Bowling Green, Ohio to the late Ray W. Trumbull and Garnet L. Trumbull (Shaner).
She graduated from Liberty Township High School in 1961 and later received her Bachelors of Science degree in Safety Engineering.
She retired as a Safety Officer in healthcare services in 2005. She took great pride in her profession, implementing emergency preparedness and disaster response standards.
Lynne was a devoted Christian and Samaritan, often volunteering with the American Red Cross and uplifting the Lord and her community through choir.
She was a talented crafter, exceling in sewing, quilting, and other fine crafts which she often shared with her loved ones. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed her time in the desert and mountains; frequently enjoying hiking and relaxing at her cabin. She enjoyed antiquing and hunting for old treasure. She was not just a matriarch, but the very essence that bound her family together infusing every moment spent in her presence with warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love. Her presence alone was a constant source of comfort and joy, radiating a sense of home wherever she went. She created a sanctuary where laughter ensued, stories were shared, and memories were quilted within our lives. She was an emanating light of strength and guidance, offering advice and unconditional support through life's trials and triumphs with dedication. Her legacy is etched not only in her family but also in the values she instilled - kindness, resilience, and the importance of cherishing every moment with those she loved.
She is survived by her daughters, Ginger Botehlo, Teresa Oehlerich (Dennis LaCava), Christine (Michael) Morgan; grandchildren Breanna Wade, Darius Pittman, Danielle (Trevor) Holt, Marree Reed, Adam Morgan; great-grandchildren Savien Romero, Harley Barbadillo, Zailyn Wade, Olivia Holt, Axle Holt, Rosehannah Holt; and sister Cheryl Forsberg. All who will miss her dearly and cherish her memory forever more.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents Ray and Garnet, siblings Janet Lee and Ronnie Trumbull.
Memorial services will be held on March 16, 2024, at 1pm (MST) at Evergreen Mortuary Chapel; 3015 North Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ. Flowers, prayers, or donations to the American Heart Association are appreciated and the family extends their heartfelt gratitude in advance.
