Monica, I literally just found out today. Hours ago. I'm just broken. Your friendship was everything. I'll love you forever. Thank you for always having my back! xo, Angel
I didn’t know that Monica had passed until today. She was really the only person that I trusted to work with my hair after she saved it after a particularly bad green dye job. Whenever I wanted to get my hair done, I would call around to the different Cost Cutters to see which store she was helping that day, and I would drive to go see her, no matter how far away she was. She loved talking to me about her progress in her schooling and her son. I will really miss her. I always thought she was so beautiful and so kind. My deepest condolences go out to her family, especially her son. She really really loved you and was so proud of you.
I had the pleasure to be Monica’s Cosmetology Instructor! She was such a beautiful soul and we had many generations discussions about her passion in the industry. Monica always had a smile and was respected by the staff and her piers during beauty college, which was a year long program, 7 hour a day! I’ll never forget your generous heart and contagious smile Monica! Rest In Peace. Love Ms Hatcher
I am so sorry for your families loss. She worked with us at Beufords Beauty and Barber at the Triple T Travel Center. I loved her enthusiasm and love for our industry. She was such a joy. She will be greatly missed. Peg Dominguez and all lives she touched here.
Monica was a true gift to this world!! The beauty industry and family. I had the pleasure of seeing her Thru some of her cosmetology educator training.. it was her passion and spunky go getter attitude that made me just love her!! We grieved pet losses together, we encouraged students together, she was the one I would call and say Monica I got a good one for you!!!! She would take students under her wing and just bring a real light to some eyes!! I really can’t believe she is gone, I would love one more call to just hear her laugh and passion for this beauty industry and the love for her family was just beautiful!!
You never forget the kids you grew up with! I will never forget you Monica! Love you!!
