Philip Michael Guest's Obituary
Philip Michael Guest, 50, passed away July 28th, 2020 at home surrounded by loved ones. He is survived by his loving sons, Ethan, Owen, and Braden. Philip was born to parents Philip J. and Joan T. Guest in Oak Lawn, Illinois on February 21, 1970.
Philip received his B.S in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Phil had a long and accomplished career starting as an Asic Designer at Teradyne, working his way up the ladder to VP and General Manager of Securaplane Technologies in Tucson, AZ and serving on the Board of the Arizona Technology Council. He was known as a skilled and well-respected leader in the Aerospace industry.
Phil dedicated free time to coaching his sons Owen and Braden baseball teams as well as building PC’s and going to the shooting range with his son Ethan.
Phil’s keen sense of humor was appreciated by his many friends and loved ones.
He also leaves behind his parents; Philip and Joan Guest, his sisters; Coleen (Bob) Winterfield of Orland, IL and Kelly (Jim) Murphy of Palos Heights, IL, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
