Rodney Wayne Slack's Obituary
Rodney Wayne Slack was born on October 23, 1935 to Ruth and Elmo Slack in Kearney Nebraska. Rodney was an aircraft mechanic by trade and later after retiring from United Airlines continued to work as a mechanic on golf carts in Saddlebrooke Arizona. Rodney’s love for life was boundless and he had an extraordinary love for animals. He enjoyed hobbies such as golfing, woodworking, gourd making, traveling and riding his Harley.
Rodney is predeceased by his wife Kathy and son Michael. He is survived by his loving wife Rosie, daughter, Michaelle Martinez, son-in-law Patrick. Four grandchildren Chase Spross, Tanner Spross(fiancé Jenny), Mercedes Martinez and Grayson Martinez, Sisters Debbie Slack and Deann Cookson, Step-Children, Laquenna Lewis (Brian), (their 3 children AJ, Tyrese and LaMichael), Richard Lewis, Yasmine (Enrique) (their children Renee and Bryanna) , 7 brothers-in-law, 3 sisters-in-law, multiple cousins, nieces, nephews and an unmeasurable amount of friends.

Viewing will be held at the Evergreen Mortuary, 3015 N. Oracle Rd, Tucson AZ 85705, from 2:00PM-8:00PM Chapel February 19th.
